Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

At Wust Creative LLC, we specialize in providing high-quality motion design, animation, and digital creative services. Due to the custom nature of our work and the extensive time/resources invested in each project, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit To commence any project, a deposit of 50% of the total quoted fee is required. This deposit secures your spot in our production schedule and covers initial research, concept development, and resource allocation.

  • Policy: Once the deposit is paid and the project has officially started (or resources have been allocated), this initial 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation by the Client We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel the project after it has begun:

  • You must notify Wust Creative LLC in writing (via email or Discord).
  • The initial 50% deposit will serve as a cancellation fee to cover the labor and time already spent.
  • You will not be liable for the remaining 50% balance, provided that no final deliverables have been transferred.

3. Final Payment & No-Refund Policy Upon completion of the project and approval of the final drafts:

  • The remaining 50% balance is due before the release of high-resolution files or source assets.
  • All Sales Are Final: Once the final payment is made and the project files (video files, project assets, etc.) are delivered to the Client, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • Digital goods cannot be “returned,” and therefore, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.

4. Revisions and Satisfaction We are committed to your satisfaction. Our standard agreements include 3 rounds of revisions (unless stated otherwise in your specific contract) to ensure the design meets your vision.

  • Client dissatisfaction with subjective artistic choices after the revision process has been exhausted and final files delivered is not grounds for a refund.

5. Unauthorized Chargebacks Any payment disputes or chargebacks should first be communicated directly with Wust Creative LLC so we may attempt to resolve the issue amicably. Unauthorized disputes may be considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of services and revocation of all usage rights for delivered work.
