Welcome to Wust Creative LLC. By accessing our website (wustcreative.com) or purchasing our motion design and digital creative services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Wust Creative LLC provides specialized digital design services, including but not limited to Motion Graphics, 3D Animation, Video Editing, and Graphic Design. Wust Creative LLC provides custom professional services and does not sell pre-made digital products or subscriptions.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to commence work. Work will not begin until this deposit is secured.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the delivery of final high-resolution files.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Card (processed securely by Stripe) and Wire Transfers.
    Final deliverables are provided digitally via secure download link or email delivery.

3. Revisions Policy We want to ensure your vision is realized.

  • Included Revisions: Our standard service packages include 3 rounds of revisions (e.g., color changes, font adjustments, minor timing tweaks) at no additional cost.
  • Excessive Revisions: Revisions requested beyond the included 3 rounds, or major structural changes requested after approval, may be subject to an additional fee of 20% of the project total or an hourly rate, at our discretion.
  • Approval Window: Clients are requested to provide feedback within 48 hours of receiving a draft. If no feedback is provided within this timeframe, the draft may be deemed approved to keep the project on schedule.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, the Client is granted the financial rights and ownership of the final approved designs.
  • Portfolio Rights: Wust Creative LLC retains the moral rights to the work and reserves the right to display the project in our portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes.

5. Client Obligations The Client agrees to provide all necessary assets (logos, text, brand guides) in a timely manner. The Client confirms that they own the rights to any materials provided to Wust Creative LLC for use in the project.

6. Limitation of Liability Wust Creative LLC is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services or deliverables.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
